Middenschouwen was a municipality in the Dutch province of Zeeland that existed from 1961 until 1997. It was formed through the merger of Duivendijke, Elkerzee, Ellemeet, and Kerkwerve. The territory was eventually incorporated into the municipality of Schouwen-Duiveland.
