The Provisional Government of Albania, also known as the Qemali Government, was established by the Assembly of Vlorë on December 4, 1912. Led by Ismail Qemali, it represented the first self-governing administration of the newly independent nation. Its existence concluded with Qemali's resignation in January 1914 and the subsequent establishment of the International Control Commission.
