Russian Socialist Federative Soviet Republic

The Russian SFSR was the largest republic within the USSR, established in 1917 after the October Revolution. Moscow served as its capital, and it encompassed diverse autonomous regions. Its dissolution in 1991 marked the end of the Soviet Union.
