Swedish Empire

The Swedish Empire was a major European power during the 17th and early 18th centuries. It controlled vast territories around the Baltic Sea, including parts of modern-day Finland, Estonia, and Germany. The era ended following the Great Northern War and the loss of its status as a great power.
