Swedish Pomerania

Swedish Pomerania was a dominion on the southern coast of the Baltic Sea acquired by Sweden after the Thirty Years' War. It remained under Swedish control until the early 19th century when it was ceded to Prussia. The territory was governed from the city of Stralsund.
