Toila Parish was an Estonian municipality formed in 2017 through the merger of Kohtla-Nõmme, Toila, and Kohtla. It encompassed a borough, two small boroughs, and numerous villages in Ida-Viru County. The municipality ceased to exist as an independent entity upon its merger with Jõhvi Parish.
