United Provinces of the Río de la Plata

This emerging state succeeded the Viceroyalty of the Río de la Plata following the May Revolution of 1810. It served as a precursor to the modern Argentine Republic and navigated significant conflicts including the Argentine War of Independence. The entity is formally recognized as one of the official names of Argentina in its national constitution.
