Cagayan

Cagayan is a province in the Philippines located in the Cagayan Valley region on the northeastern tip of Luzon. It was established as an early province during the Spanish colonial period. The territory historically encompassed a much larger area of the Cagayan Valley before modern administrative divisions were set.
