Desnianskyi District

It is a district of Kyiv, Ukraine, situated on the left bank of the Dnieper River in the north‑eastern part of the city. The area is primarily residential, containing the microdistricts Vyhurivshchyna‑Troieshchyna and Lisovyi, with limited industrial zones. Historically, it was incorporated into Kyiv’s administrative structure to accommodate the city’s expansion across the river.
