Summary
Lesosibirsk is a town situated in Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russia, along the Yenisei River. Originally founded as the village of Maklakov Lug in 1640, it developed with the establishment of a wood processing plant by Jonas Lied. The town was formed in 1975 through the merger of Maklakovo and Novomaklakovo.
