Tlaxcala

Tlaxcala is a federal entity of Mexico located in the east-central altiplano region. It is the smallest state in the country and is divided into 60 municipalities. The state capital, Tlaxcala de Xicohténcatl, preserves significant colonial architecture and archaeological sites.
