Summary
Yevpatoria Municipality is located in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, a territory internationally recognized as part of Ukraine. It was formed in 1963 by absorbing the Yevpatoria Raion into the Saky Raion, and reestablished in 1990. The administrative center of the municipality is the city of Yevpatoria, situated on the Black Sea coast.
