Summary
Orfű is a resort village situated in the Pécs District of Baranya county in southern Hungary. The area has been inhabited since prehistoric times and was part of the Roman province of Pannonia. In the 1960s, the construction of artificial lakes transformed the village into a popular tourist destination.
