Ronda

Ronda is a municipality in Málaga province, Andalusia, Spain, situated dramatically on the Ronda Depression. Historically identified with the ancient Iberian and Roman settlement of Arunda, it later served as a key regional center under Islamic rule. Captured by the Crown of Castile in 1485, it experienced ethnic tensions in the 16th century.
