Dutch Gold Coast

The Dutch Gold Coast was a colonial territory located in present-day Ghana. It became a central hub for Dutch trade in West Africa, particularly after the capture of Fort Elmina. The territory was eventually transferred to the United Kingdom in the late 19th century.
