Sirohi State was a princely state in the Rajputana agency of India, founded in 1311 by the Deora subclan of Chauhan Rajputs. The territory is characterized by the rugged Aravalli range and the granite mass of Mount Abu. It remained a sovereign entity until its integration into India in 1949.
