Summary
Kroměříž is a town in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic, situated on the Morava River near the Litenčice Hills. Its Renaissance Kroměříž Castle and gardens are UNESCO World Heritage sites. The settlement was first documented between 1107‑1125 and developed under the Olomouc bishopric in the Middle Ages.
